FAQ's

How can I find a specific print or gift?
At Bespoke2 we think we've made it pretty easy for you to find exactly what you're looking for with our search and filter product functions and lots of collection choices to choose from. If you're looking for a specific item, you can use the search tool at the top of your screen or use our filter functions (either top or left of your screen) that can really help you define a style, colour, price or size (this works really well for our vast array of designer and faith prints). Just simply enter your search term and click return.

I have a question about a product
On every product page you have the ability to 'ask us a question' in the tabs at the end of each product description panel. Please keep in mind that we have, to the best of our ability, provided photographs that are a true representation of our products, however we ask that you take into account individual computer settings, photography lighting and various reproduction purposes, product depiction and colours that may vary slightly to the finished product.

What are your delivery costs?
For a limited time, all Shipping will be FREE, for Australia!!
Worldwide shipping is FREE when you order $75 or more.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery will normally take between 3-14 days of dispatch within Australia and 2-4 weeks Internationally depending on the country and local postal service.

Can my order be delivered at a specific time or can I have it express posted to me? 
With regular postage it is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time however if you would like express postage email us at sales@bespoke2.com and we can make arrangements with you to accommodate your order.

What is the order process?
1. You will be sent an email that validates your order and payment through Paypal or Stripe.
2. It will be followed up by another email confirming your order (this may take an extra day or so based on the nature of your order and other considerations like production and destination elements.

Will I be Charged Import Duties or Taxes for Orders Outside Australia?
Usually you will not be charged import duties. However for larger value orders you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes levied once the package reaches your destination country. If you are charged import duties by your country's customs and imports authority you will need to manage this directly with them to obtain your product.

Is it Safe for Me to Pay Online?
We believed it is 100% safe, simple and very secure. The payment page is encrypted, your payment access details are not stored by us but through Paypal and Stripe and we can only ever charge you what your order amount says. What is your returns policy?
In short you can return or exchange any item that is faulty. If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind include: gift cards, personalised/custom products and made to order products. All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part. If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via PayPal or offer you a store credit to the same value.

Do I need approval to feature any of your products?
While we'd be pretty chuffed that you would like to do this, we would ask that you email us at sales@bespoke2.com for approval.
